Lindsey Hightower, LPC-MHSP
Lindsey Hightower is a Licensed Professional Counselor with Mental Health Service Provider designation. She is trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT). Lindsey received her undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Mississippi.
Lindsey has extensive experience working with children, adolescents, individuals, couples, and families dealing with a wide range of academic, behavioral, cognitive, and emotional difficulties that include depression, trauma, grief, attachment, anxiety, anger management, family/relational issues, social and interpersonal skills, self-injurious behavior, LGBTQ concerns, and life adjustments. She is well versed in community and inpatient settings. Lindsey enjoys providing a safe place for her clients in a strength based environment to achieve their therapeutic goals.
In her free time, Lindsey enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her three dogs. Lindsey also enjoys antiquing and reality television.
