Mental Health Resources, PLLC, in Memphis, Tennessee, was founded in 1987 to provide high quality mental health services to treat depression, anxiety, alcohol, drugs and co-occurring disorders in an outpatient office environment. We are a small, multidisciplinary, private practice comprised of psychologists, social workers, counselors and psychiatrists. Our multidisciplinary team is skilled in a range of therapeutic treatments. The therapists at MHR are licensed by the State of Tennessee at the highest level of proficiency in their respective fields. We provide traditional mental health services, including therapy or counseling for the individual, couples, family and group, psychological and forensic evaluations, and we also offer urgent / emergent appointments for crisis intervention on a daily basis. We are the only private practice in Memphis that offers an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for psychiatric and substance abuse related problems. Our IOP’s function as hospital diversion programs for those who are severely depressed, or struggling with alcohol and drug problems.
